250g Red cabbage, shredded
120g kale, stems removed, tear the leaves
120g carrots, grated
130g red pepper julienned
130g yellow pepper, julienned
1 bunch spring onions, sliced
A handful of chopped coriander leaves
100g salted peanuts, chopped
150g edamame beans
Tablespoon sesame seeds
Dressing:
2 garlic cloves
Tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
