Hi there, My counselor via your cancer charity is called Natalie and lives near ***** where I am based. She has been fantastic, I always thought throughout my life that I didn't need any form of counseling...I was very wrong. She helped me beyond words. We seemed to link in or feel relaxed and simpatico straight away, and I felt totally safe to talk about all that happened...I lost my wife ***** in October 24 very quickly from diagnosis to the end was 3 months....the love of my life, we were together for 35 years. Natalie has helped me come to terms with the loss it's quite hard to put into words how incredibly supportive she has been. And just knowing she is there is a huge comfort. I feel I am hopefully past the most terribly painful stage of grief where the whole world seems to be ending. It still all comes back in incredibly powerful waves. I hope I can give something back at some stage to the Charity.... Anyway thank you and thanks to everyone that gives their precious time to work and help with the Mallorca cancer charity. And above all thank you Natalie ..... a special and exceptionally kind and skilled person.
