It is a huge shock when you have been diagnosed with cancer. You may feel paralysed with fear, anger, confusion and depression. This is normal for everyone. You will want to know what will happen next and what you can do. At CSG we have people who have experience and can give you practical advice as well as emotional support.

You might be wondering:

How is this going to affect my family and friends?

How can I tell others about it?

How can I cope with work when the side effects of the treatment kick in?

If you're caring for someone, CSG can help you get the right advice and information, enabling you to look after them. We believe that every carer needs time for themselves, so where possible we will send someone to your home while you have some needed time out.

How can you avail yourself of all this information and help?
